The white negroni is a warm-weather riff on the classic cocktail.

Having created this while on a trip, the French ingredients proved hard to come by outside of France.

Its certainly a favorite cocktail variation of mine.

Two Glasses of White Negroni on Coasters

The vivid yellow-orange color is from gentian root, which also imparts the bitter flavor.

Stir until cold, about 20 seconds.

Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with the lemon peel.
