We most definitely are!

Any nonreactive container will do (basically, avoid most metals).
We like to use glass.
Cover the container and let stand at room temperature until the mixture thickens.

Itll take anywhere from eight hours to a full day to thicken.
When its at the right (slightly too thin) stage, stir, cover and refrigerate.
It will thicken more as it cools.
And, simple as that, youve made creme fraiche!
