For longer storage, keep it in the refrigerator in a dry container.

How To Use Calamansi

I rub the fresh calamansi on my hands to remove the smell of garlic and onions Ive been slicing.
Then I rinse it off with soap and water and my hands are fresh-smelling and clean.
Regular lemon or lime juice can also be used, but note that they are not as sweet.
Mandarin orange juice is another option, but it is slightly sweeter than calamansi.
