Come summertime, I crave sweets and frozen treats like its my day job.
Sometimes, I crave something a little more wholesome than a decadent treat.

Thats when I whip up this easy-peasy 3-ingredient frozen yogurt.
Blend until completely smooth, about 2 to 3 minutes.
Scrape the sides as needed to get a creamy and light mixture.

Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and freeze until firm, 2 to 4 hours.
My pick is a full-fat plain yogurt for added creaminess and tang.
Full-fat yogurt is also less likely to become an unscoopable brick when frozen.
