It also has a rich garlic flavor, as its dosed with quite a bit of garlic powder.
It can easily be substituted for fresh mozzarella in salads or skewers.
It’s also great tossed into salads, especially Italian pasta salads.
Any way you try this lesser-known cheese, its fun and delicious.
