Ingredients for Triple M Salmon (L to R): Maple Syrup, Atlantic Salmon Fillets, White Miso Paste, and Dijon Mustard

Place salmon skin-side down on it.

In a medium bowl whisk the miso, Dijon mustard, and maple syrup until smooth.

Bake for 10 minutes.

Keep a close eye on the salmon while it broils to avoid burningdont walk away!
