I’m not sure why ALDI calls it Steakhouse.
Maybe the name implies that its more upscale than the regular or mustard varieties.
The name could also refer to the smoky flavor and the bacon.
In fact, Id rename it Barbecue Potato Salad.
Its perfect with anything fresh off the grill, served on the patio or at a potluck.
