Play with different flavors of potato chips!

Barbecue, salt and vinegar, pickle, or jalapeno-flavored chips would all work well in addition to plain.

In a second shallow dish, add the beaten eggs.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Season the chicken all over with the kosher salt.

Add the chicken to the zip-top bag with the crushed chips.

Repeat until you have about 4 tenders in the bag.

Seal the bag and shake and press to coat the chicken with the chips.

Remove the chicken from the bag and place it on the prepared baking sheet.

Repeat with the remaining chicken.

Preheat an air fryer to 400F if your air fryer requires preheating.

If your air fryer has multiple controls, use the air fry setting.

Spray the tops of the tenders with cooking spray.

Sprinkle with additional salt to taste and serve.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Reheat in the air fryer at 350F until hot.
