Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
Then, submerge several ears at a time.
Blanch the ears for approximately four minutes.
Remove the corn from the water and submerge it in an ice bath to stop the cooking.
Cut the kernels off the cob and package them in a freezer-safe quart bag.
Remove excess air and store them in the freezer.
