It’s the creamy dip that dreams are made of.

One of those appetizers was a crudites platter served with a variety of dips.

There was an olivetapenade, a roasted garlichummus, and my absolute favorite, a whipped feta dip.

It was made by blending locally-produced feta with heavy cream and olive oil.

The result was a creamy, briny dip that tasted perfect on just about everything.

It was so popular that the restaurant began selling it at local grocery stores.

It looked smooth and creamy, and exactly like my favorite dip, but how did it taste?

I swiped a carrot stick through, admiring the texture again before giving it a try.

It was really goodas good as what I made at the restaurant!

The texture was as velvety-smooth as it looked and the flavor didnt disappoint.

It was creamy, sharp, and salty, but not excessively so.

I used it as a spread for sandwiches and as a topping forscrambled eggs.

And it didnt stop there.
