I have a family of two, so buying fresh bread can be futile.

We rarely make it through a baguette before it becomes rock-hard or moldy.

Sad, I know.

So, keeping bread in the freezer is a great option.

The one Trader Joes product I always keep in my freezer is theMini French Baguettes.

They bake from frozen in a 400F oven for six minutes.

These mini baguettes are just the right size, too.

After baking, they taste, well, freshly baked, not like a frozen product.

In the summer, they are perfect with a Cobb Salad, which I make weekly.

My mouth is watering just thinking about it.
