To simplify the recipe, I’m including the ingredients by weight and volume.

Add the Nutella and eggs to a large bowl.

Add the flour and mix on low until just combined and no streaks remain.

Pour the batter into the baking pan and spread it to the edges.

Sprinkle with Maldon salt, if using, then set aside to cool completely.

Cut into squares and layer any leftovers in a container with parchment paper.

I like to add a handful of darkchocolate chipsor some chopped, toasted hazelnuts for texture.
