Ive used it for dinners likepasta or fish, lunches liketuna saladorsalad dressing, and dessert likelemon pound cake.

Ive sometimes just omitted lemon zest in desserts when the recipe doesnt call for a large amount.

It hasnt made a big difference, and sticking to the bottled juice is just too convenient.
