you’re able to use any ground meat and noodles you have on hand.

These versatile garlic noodles satisfy my cravings and take just 20 minutes to make.

Its also a great way to clean out your produce drawer by adding any vegetable youd like.

The bang out of noodleis also up to you depending on what options are in your pantry.

The garlicky, lightly spicy, slightly sweet sauce brings everything together in this dish.

you’ve got the option to even add fresh chiles if you like.

Tip

To make this dinner ultra-quick, use frozen or pre-minced garlic and ginger.

Youll need about 2 tablespoons of minced garlic.

Add the noodles and cook them to al dente according to the package instructions.

Drain and set aside.

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the garlic and ginger and cook, stirring often, until softened, 1 to 2 minutes.

Add the ground pork, breaking up the meat into small pieces.

Cook until the pork is browned and cooked through, 4 to 6 minutes.

Add the sauce, cooked noodles, and butter (if using) to the skillet with the pork.

Use tongs to mix until the butter is melted and the noodles are thoroughly coated with the sauce.

Remove from the heat and serve.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
