It reminds me of holidays at my grandmothers.
I do know that it used minimal ingredients and the microwave.
I was recentlyinspired by TikTokto revisit making peanut butter fudge in the microwave.
Simply Recipes / Meghan Splawn
This version required just two ingredientscreamy peanut butter and canned frosting.
Plus, it seemed like an ideal way to impress my teen daughter (a TikTok treat?
Yes, kindly!).

Jif, Skippy, and Peter Pan all work.
Try French vanilla or cream cheese frosting, but skip any whipped varieties.
Combine the frosting and peanut butter in a medium microwave-safe bowl.

Dont worry about mixing them together yet.
Microwave on high for 30 seconds, stir with a spatula, and microwave again for 30 seconds.
Mix again until completely smooth.
Pour into the prepared pan.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
Use the parchment to remove from the pan and cut into 16 pieces to serve.
Store in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to a week.
