It’s one of my favorite ALDI standbys.

However, when Im not as pressed for time, I love Mama Cozzis ready-to-bake pizza dough.

ALDI sells a frozen gluten-free version at least once a year, too.

I prefer baking it on my pizza stone at about 425F for 10 to 15 minutes.

The dough is great for Italian breadsticks (brush with olive oil and garlic), flatbreads, andcalzones.

Ive used it to make garlic knots and basic bread rolls.

Ive even used it as the bottom layer of abreakfast casserole.

The dough even works well for sweet applications.

The dough makes great monkey bread, too.

Sometimes, I even add chocolate chips.
