It’s fine if the samosas overlap.
The ideal temperature and cooking time is 375F for about 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

I can fit kibbeh from two boxes in my eight-inch bucket air fryer.
Air fry them at 350F for 18 minutes.
Any longer and I notice they get quite dry and crumbly.

They’re tasty, but a little bland so we eat ours with kimchi or a mayo-Sriracha dip.
These fish sticks get soggy and stick to the sheet pan when baked in the oven.
