Quick-cooking oats are fine too, but ensure they dont have any additives.

Oats, along with frozen fruit, make this smoothie extra thick, too.

You could also use any other non-dairy milk or yogurt interchangeably here.

Each person can adapt the recipe to suit his or her style.

Starting on low speed, puree the ingredients.

Turn the blender on high and continue to puree until smooth.
