I grabbed a bottle of Sriracha from the pantry and went to work.
Pop your popcorn as usual,on the stovetop, or in the microwave.
Then, melt the butter and stir in the Sriracha.

A good rule of thumb is to use a two-to-one ratio of butter to sriracha.
So, if you melt two tablespoons of butter, mix in one tablespoon of Sriracha.
Always give it a taste and adjust it according to your palate.
If its too spicy, add more butter.
If its not spicy enough, add more sriracha.
Hoisin sauce adds a bit of balancing sweetness.
A squirt of lime juice brightens the popcorn, too, complementing the flavors of the Sriracha.
