This past week I found something equally intriguing:Mama Cozzi’s Pizza Cookies.
In any case, pizza cookies are new to my family, and they were a welcome surprise.

It comes out of the oven, chewy and gooey as advertised.
Aromas of chocolate and vanilla will entice you until youhave todig in and its chocolate chip goodness all around.
My 14-year-old son said it best, These are amazing!

The box says there are eight servings per cookie.
If you like chocolate chip cookies, its closer to six servings, but its still pretty hefty.
My husband and I were lucky we got to taste it.
After our first experience, I know better.
Now I buy two cookies.
One that gets divided between my husband and me, and then one cookie goes to our son.
That’s OK for me because its affordable and delectable.
