I realize that a Triscuit thingy doesnt sound like anything special.
This was the name we gave my grandmothers famous appetizer when we were kids and it stuck.

Im pretty sure she called them broiled cheese toasts, but we didnt care about formalities.
Looking back, it seems odd that we all loved this appetizer.
If we had known what was in it, we might not have been so excited.

Wed be right by her side when she pulled them out of the oven.
Shed shoo us away saying they were too hot, but we knew thats when they tasted best!
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 3 days.
Set an oven rack to the upper position and set the oven to broil.
Broil until bubbly and brown, 2 to 3 minutes.
Let cool for a few short minutes, then serve warm.
Extra spread can be covered and refrigerated.
Use within 3 days.
