How Long Does Macaroni Salad Keep?
Macaroni salad is best served the same day it’s made.
We do not recommend freezing this salad.

This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled.
Remove from heat, drain and rinse with cool water until the pasta reaches room temperature.
This will take the edge off the onions.
Combine cooked macaroni, onions, and all other ingredients in a large serving bowl.
Adjust seasonings to taste.
