On the Broil setting, set it to 400oF and 10 minutes.

Transfer the Instant Pots stainless steel inner pot with the turkey breast into the oven.
Transfer it to a serving platter or carving board to rest while you finish making the gravy.
If you broiled the turkey in the oven, return the stainless steel inner pot into the Instant Pot.
