Chicken Wings in the Oven
That’s rightno deep-frying is required for these chicken wings.
These are roasted in the oven.

This lifts them off the surface of the baking sheet and lets them cook from all sides.
Place them in a large bowl or marinade bag.
Chill for at least an hour or up to 24 hours.
Line a roasting pan with foil and place a baking rack over it.
Place the chicken wings in on the rack in a single layer with some space between the wings.
