Add the chopped onions and cook until translucent and starting to brown, about 10 minutes.
Stir in the balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, salt, and pepper.

Stir in the cooled caramelized onions.
Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder.
Chill until ready to serve.
