Avoid inhaling while grinding, as it can irritate your nose and throat and cause a lot of sneezing!

Measure out 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder for a mild spice/heat and 1 tablespoon for medium spice/heat.

Meanwhile, pre-heat a gas grill on direct, medium-high heat (aim for 400F to 450F).

If using wooden skewers, soak them in a bowl of water for at least 20 minutes.

Thread shrimp onto skewers, leaving at least 1/2-inch of space between each piece.
