The Best Peaches for Grilling
For this recipe, use peaches that are ripe but firm.
The peaches should not be mushythere should be some give when you press them gently with a finger.
I prefer yellow peaches over white peaches since they are more tart.

Yellow nectarines will work too!
Clean and Preheat the Grill
Clean and oil your grill grates before you get cooking.
Then, preheat the grill to medium-high heat, 400F, before you add the peaches on the grill.
