Gingerbread Waffles
For gluten-free waffles, replace the all-purpose flour with oat flour or gluten-free all-purpose flour.
you could make a double batch of these waffles and freeze the leftovers for up to 2 months.
Gradually mix the flour mixture into the wet ingredients.

Mix until you no longer see streaks of flour.
Small lumps are okay.
Brush melted butter onto the waffle iron or coat with cooking spray.

Remove the waffle from the iron with tongs or a fork and place on a cooling rack.
Cook the remaining waffles and serve immediately.
Sprinkle waffles with powdered sugar, if you like, or serve withwhipped creamand maple syrup.
