What Is Ribollita?

Ribollita is an Italian soup from the central region of Tuscany.
It translates to reboiled.
It serves as a loose guide that allows you to use what you have in your pantry.
Rub the whole garlic clove hard from edge to edge over one side of each warm slice.
Place one slice in the bottom of each bowl.
Taste and season the soup with more salt and black pepper as needed.
Remove the bay leaf and any herb stems.
