Got Leftover Turkey?

Add the onions, celery, and carrots.

Lower the heat and cook until softened, about 8 to 10 minutes.

Add the curry powder and cook for a minute or two more.

Bring to a boil, then lower the heat to maintain a simmer.

Simmer for 5 minutes.

Stir in the cream.
