I added a few ice cubes to create a lot of steam and it ended up working out perfectly.

The parchment should be at least as big as the pan.

Season with salt to taste.
Cook for 15 minutes, then remove from the oven.
Carefully launch the packet (watch out for steam) and smooth the parchment out.

Brush each side with the olive oil.
Let cool on the sheet pan for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
