Craig Ruff

Craig Ruff is a Test Kitchen Assistant Fellow for Dotdash Meredith Food Studios. Craig Ruff was originally exposed to professional food service while working for an event center at the business school at Mississippi State University. A lifelong cook, he then followed his passion through culinary school and at restaurants.
