With her entry, she noted how well it attracted young men.

My version is bait for anyone, from friends to family to coworkers.

Theres a cinnamon sugar mixture on top that creates just a touch of crunch with every bite.

Beat in the eggs until combined.

Add 1/3 of the flour mixture and mix at low speed until combined.

Add half of the milk and mix.

Mix just until combined.

Toss the blueberries with the remaining 1 teaspoon flour.

Fold the blueberries into the batter using a rubber spatula, reserving 1/4 cup for topping.

Spread the batter into the prepared baking pan.

Top with the remaining blueberries.

Combine the granulated sugar and cinnamon.

Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture all over the top of the batter.

Let cool in the baking dish for 20 minutes before slicing and serving warm.

Store any leftover blueberry boy bait in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
