Once you are finished, wash your hands thoroughly with warm soapy water.

Do not touch your eyes for several hours after handling the peppers.

If you don’t have gloves, coat your hands with some oil before working with the peppers.

Once you are finished, wash your hands thoroughly with warm soapy water.

Do not touch your eyes for several hours after handling the peppers.

Mix together all the filling ingredients except the jack cheese batons.

Pack the filling into the peppers and nestle a baton of jack cheese onto the filling of each one.

Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
